The Menopause Masters Academy is a 8-module, CBT-led roadmap designed to quiet the internal alarm of perimenopause and help you reclaim your sleep, your energy, and your sense of self.

Do you feel like your body has become an unfamiliar place? Between the 3 a.m. adrenaline spikes, the 'brain fog' that makes you question your competence, and the 'stress-weight' that won't budge despite your best efforts—it’s easy to feel like you’ve lost the remote control to your own life.

Most menopause advice tells you what to 'take'

I am here to teach you 'what to do'.

This isn't just another wellness course. This is a clinical, evidence-based Academy that bridges the gap between your fluctuating hormones and your nervous system. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to re-wire your response to symptoms, moving you from 'Fight or Flight' back into 'Rest and Digest'. By the end, you’ll build a personalised plan that eases distress, improves sleep and focus, and helps you show up at home and work feeling steady. You’ll practice micro-tools you can use in the middle of a meeting, craft scripts for productive conversations with clinicians and managers, and set boundaries that protect your energy. The result is practical resilience you can measure day to day—less reactivity, more agency, and a clear path to thriving through the transition and beyond.
