Why I Created
Menopause Masters®
I became increasingly frustrated watching intelligent, capable women being told what to take, but rarely being shown what to do.
Women were being given information about hormones.
Information about supplements.
Information about nutrition.
But almost nobody was teaching them how to manage the fear, self-doubt, brain fog, anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts and confidence loss that often arrive alongside hormonal change.
As a BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist and NHS clinician, I knew there was another piece of the puzzle.
That's why I built Menopause Masters®.
