For years, I have worked at the intersection of psychology and physical health, helping women navigate the complex shifts of midlife. I created this Academy because I saw a massive gap in menopause care: plenty of advice on what to take, but almost no guidance on how to manage the internal alarm.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Nervous System Regulation. I don't believe in "white-knuckling" your way through hot flushes or "dieting away" stress-weight. Instead, I teach you the clinical tools to re-wire your brain’s response to hormonal change.
My Mission: To move you out of the "Survival Mode" of perimenopause and into your "Second Spring." I am here to give you back the remote control to your moods, your sleep, and your identity.
